1. Products Introduction
The electrical actuated PVDF true union ball valve is a basic actuated valve suitable for a variety of conditions and applications. It is ideal for corrosive fluids and industrial applications requiring simple on/ off operation. The ball valve is designed as a modular unit combining a PVDF ball valve with an electric actuator. The electric actuator consists of a gear, a DC motor, a base and end stops in the standard version. Given its sturdy construction and simple operation, this is the perfect choice for applications that only require on/off positioning. In order to allow this electric actuator to be used in relatively harsh environments, its housing is made of plastics and reaches IP66 protection level. Because of the modular design with compact size and lower consumption, it is suitable for almost any application. Besides PVDF, the valve is also available in PVC, CPVC and PPH. Different materials are available for a variety of chemical applications and in many cases are well suited for extreme temperatures. Installation is easy with options such as threaded, flanged or socket-end connectors. Modularity allows for field changes, such as retrofitting a manual valve to an electric valve. The valve itself is designed as union structure, it allows the inline operation when maintain or repair is required in system.
2. Main Features
a. Electrical Actuator: Input Voltage AC220V or DC24V is standard product, stock as always. 110V can be ordered on requested. Intelligent type and switch on/off type are available.
b. Bracket/Adaptor: PPS bracket (Sanking's Innovation Patent) is the best choice when you are using in the area where is leak or corrosive gases. SUS304 bracket is available to choose as well.
c. Ball Valve- Sanking PPH true union ball valve with leak free and reliable. The valve body is reserved with standard holes, can be plugged in the electrically actuator as demands.
d. Long Service Lifetime – Made by nano molded material with UV, weather resistance.
e. Friendly to the tight installation place- Compact size, Lightweight
