1. Products Introduction
The plastic pneumatic actuated ball valves consist of a polyimide plastic pneumatic actuator and an industrial-grade SANKING PVC ball valve.
The SANKING pneumatic actuator is made of polyimide plastic and has a rack-and-pinion construction. It is powered by compressed air with air to open and air to close, a double-acting function, or a spring to close, a single-acting function. It complies with Namur standards and can be easily fitted with solenoid valves, limit switches, and positioners.
A PPS bracket connects a pvc true union ball valve to a plastic pneumatic actuator. Sanking's unique bracket allows for a greater contact area between the valve and the actuator and ensures a uniform force on the valve stem, extending the product's useful life.
The PVC true union ball valve, the flagship product of SANKING, is included in the plastic pneumatic actuated ball valves. Each sealing surface is CNC precision machined to guarantee the product's sealing. The product is extremely safe to use in corrosive and harsh conditions because to this combination.
