1. Products Introduction
The Intelligent motorised ball valve shines in applications requiring precise flow. With Sanking's innovative ball core for linearly proportional flow, the valve employs PLC technology to precisely manage the opening angle of the ball core. The entire valve, from the actuator housing to the PPS bracket to the valve body with exposed surfaces, is totally plasticized, making it more appropriate for workshops with hard working circumstances. Simultaneously, the valve is compact and lightweight for installation, reducing internal tension and load on the pipeline. The valve is IP66 rated; independent terminal blocks efficiently isolate the internal and exterior, lowering the failure rate; low maintenance costs; and simple maintenance without disassembling the valve. Furthermore, the valve features the MODBUS 485 communication protocol and 4-20 mA modes, allowing for real-time flow automation control via the PLC as well as precise control of the valve opening and closing angle to ensure smooth functioning. The intelligent motorised ball valve is particularly well-suited for chemical dosing systems, such as chlorination systems in water treatment, and so on.
2. Main Features
a. Intelligent motorized Actuator: Input Voltage AC220V or DC24V is standard product, stock as always. 110V can be ordered as requested. Intelligent type and switch on/off type are available.
b. Bracket/Adaptor: PPS bracket (Sanking’s Innovation Patent) is the best choice when you are using in the area where is leak or corrosive gases. SUS304 bracket is available to choose as well.
c. Ball Valve- Special ball cores are used to allow for linear proportional flow control
d. Long Service Lifetime – Made by nano molded material with UV, weather resistance.
e. Friendly to the tight installation place- Compact size, Lightweight
f. Friendly to the harsh working area- Full plastic (The exposed surface)
g. Clear status indication – The Wiring method is L/N/N, has 3 signal feedbacks of open position/close position/fault alarm
