1. Products Introduction
Sanking's Electrical Actuated PVC True Union Ball valve is distinguished from its competitors. Sanking team provide its series products with full plastic (the exposed surface) including the actuator shell, bracket and the valve body. The patented PPS bracket design has a larger contact area with the ball valve body, which reduces the single-point pressure of the screw hole, and the overall force is more uniform, reducing the failure rate. Through the limit torque setting ,when the valve is stuck with solid particles. The PPS adapter is preferentially broken to protect the ball center and valve stem. The maintenance only needs to replace the external adapter, no necessary to disassemble the valve from the piping system, minimized the impact to the whole systems, convenient for maintenance and lower the cost. The actuator with the independent terminal module, it effectively isolates the inside of the actuator from the outside, preventing adverse effects on the internal core components during the wiring.
The Sanking's electrical actuated PVC true union ball valve is compact size, lightweight with low power consumption. Especially friendly to places with tight installation space, such as Integrated container water purification equipment.
We provide the size from ½" through 4" diameter. Connection styles are either socket, threaded and flanged. EPDM or VITON on Seal are available. As to the ball valve, besides PVC, we also provide CPVC, PPH, PVDF. And for the bracket, we are not only providing our PPS patented bracket, but also stainless steel as requested. If automation is required, Sanking can provide the intelligent electrical actuated true union ball valve through PLC with communication signal protocol 485 or 4-20mA
2. Main Features
a. Electrical Actuator: Input Voltage AC220V or DC24V is standard product, stock as always. 110V can be ordered as requested. Intelligent type and switch on/off type are available.
b. Bracket/Adaptor: PPS bracket (Sanking’s Innovation Patent) is the best choice when you are using in the area where is leak or corrosive gases. SUS304 bracket is available to choose as well.
c. Ball Valve- Sanking PVC true union ball valve with leak free and refliable. The valve body is reserved with standard holes, can be plugged in the electrically actuator as demands.
d. Long Service Lifetime – Made by nano molded material with UV, weather resistance.
e. Friendly to the tight installation place- Compact size, Lightweight

Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Q2: If some parts are broken, do you sell the spare parts as replacement?
A: Yes, we always provide this kind of service.
Q3: Can you provide samples?
A: Absolutely! But the customer will be charged a few sample charge, which the well payment of sample charge is considering as a sign of sincerely cooperation.
Q4: Are there any more economical suggestions for the pressureless delivery of copper sulfate solution at room temperature?
A: You can use PPH valve with EPDM gasket, pay attention to the crystallization problem.
Q5: Can EPDM gasket be used for 10% sodium hypochlorite solution? What’s kind of valve can be suggested to use?
A: No, EPDM gasket is not workable, we recommend to use VITON. Strongly suggest to use the butterfly valves or Diaphragm valves.
