1. Products Introduction
The pneumatic actuated PPH butterfly valve is composed of piston pneumatic actuator and PPH butterfly valve.
PPH butterfly valve is a circular arc design with rubber closely fitting valve, no leakage point, easy opening and closing operation, convenient for major pipeline systems.Pneumatic actuators are designed with rack and pinion double pistons, and the action forms have two different type,one is double acting (air source failure remains in place) and another one is single acting (air source failure reset), the products fully comply with ISO 5211, DIN 3337 and CD/VDE3845, NAMUR and other international standards, and can choose anti-corrosion, high temperature, low temperature and other application materials according to the actual requirements of customers.
The size is providing from 1-1/2" to 12" . Besides PPH, we also provide UPVC, CPVC and PVDF.

Q1: How long is the lifetime of Sanking's Pneumatic actuated PPH butterfly valve?
A: It varies according to different working conditions, if the conveyed liquid is pure water at 25 degrees with a pressure of 3 kgs, indoor application, the service life can exceed 50 years. But if it is 98% concentrated sulfuric acid at 25 degrees with a pressure of 3 kgs, indoor application, the service life is often about 3 years.
Q2: What kind of valve should be used for 30% nitric acid at 70 degree with a pressure of 3KGS?
A: It is recommended to use PPH valves with black VITON seal.
