1. Products Introduction
The structure of PVDF diaphragm valve is not the same as that of general valves. It is a new type of valve and a special form of shut-off valve. Its opening and closing part is a diaphragm made of soft material, which connects the valve body cavity with the The inner cavity of the valve cover is separated from the driving parts. Since the working medium is only in contact with the diaphragm and the valve body, both of which can be made of a variety of different materials, the valve can ideally control a variety of working media, especially for media with chemical corrosives or suspended particles. The valve is easy to disassemble and repair quickly, and the replacement of the diaphragm can be done on site and in a short time. Due to the fact that PVDF materials do not contain plasticizers, pigments or other additives, they are also excellent in chemical resistance and impact resistance, making PVDF diaphragm valves suitable for medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other industries that need to transport high-purity liquids.
We provide the size from 1/2" to 4", the joint end has the socket,thread and flanged. ANSI,JIS and DIN are available. For the socket connection, it can be fusion or butt weld.
2. Main Features
a. The herringbone flow channel is suitable for media containing particles and is not easy to be stuck.
b. The wheel-shaped handle with multiple turns, can more accurately adjust the valve switch ratio to achieve better flow control
