1. Products Introduction

PVC True Union Diaphragm Valve is a special form of shut-off valve. It designed for process systems that require precision flow and/or develop internal fluid pressure or back pressure. The diaphragm valve is controlled by an elastic diaphragm and a herringbone flow channel. The diaphragm is connected to the compression mechanism by bolts, and then the compression member is operated by the valve stem to move up and down. When the compression mechanism rises, the diaphragm lifts up, resulting in a passage, when the compression mechanism descends, the diaphragm is pressed on the valve body, resulting in a closed circuit. Sanking's diaphragm is made from resistant thermoplastic material: EPDM, FPM or PTFE which is high-grade, stretching and creep materials, and with one-time molding, the size of the diaphragm is well controlled, ensuring the tightness and service life of the product.

Sanking's PVC True Union Diaphragm valve allow easy repair or in line valve replacement due to the union ends which come manufactured with. The true union ball valve can be used as a union and a valve at the same time. Because of the unions' design, when the pipeline system needs to be repaired or maintained, this can be taken out of line for ease of service without disassembling an entire system, minimal impact on the whole system. We provide the size from ½" through 4" diameter. Connection styles are either socket or threaded. EPDM or VITON on Seal are available. Besides PVC, we also provide CPVC, PPH, PVDF.

The PVC true union Diaphragm valve is especially suitable for ultra-pure medium or viscous fluids with seriously pollution, corrosive or inert medium. When combined with control equipment, diaphragm valves can replace other traditional control systems, especially for solid and easily polluted inert media.

A: Yes, it can be replaced easily. And this handle can be used as a tool for disassembly, assembly or adjustment of the support of the ball seat carrier.

Q3: How long is the lifetime of Sanking’s PVC ball valve

A: It varies according to different working conditions, if the conveyed liquid is pure water at 25 degrees with a pressure of 3 kgs, indoor application, the service life can exceed 50 years. But if it is 98% concentrated sulfuric acid at 25 degrees with a pressure of 3 kgs, indoor application, the service life is often about 3 years.
