1. Products Introduction
PPH True Union Diaphragm valves are the most common design, a two-way shutoff valve. PPH makes for an ideal valve material in industrial applications due to its ability to withstand a number of chemicals and resist high temperature non-toxic. All O-rings should be EPDM or VITON for chemical service required. Diaphragm material selection should include EPDM, VITON or PTFE for the desired chemical service. The multi-turn handwheel is allowing precise throttling of downstream flow. Clear polycarbonate position indicators is allowing for visual indication of valve position throughout travel. Adjustable travel stops is provided (and protected within the position indicator) to allow travel adjustment. True union ends allow the inline operation when maintain pipeline or make replacement.
We produce PPH true union diaphragm valves in diameters ranging from 1/2 inch to 4 inches.True union Socket ends, spigot type, flange connection are available. For true union socket ends, joined with socket fusion type or but welding type.
2. Main Features
a. The herringbone flow channel is suitable for media containing particles and is not easy to be stuck.
b. The wheel-shaped handle with multiple turns, can more accurately adjust the valve switch ratio to achieve better flow control
c. Excellent seal – The diaphragm is made from resistant thermoplastic material: EPDM, FPM or PTFE which is high-grade, stretching and creep materials. Double-layer diaphragms can be chose when used for harsh working conditions with chemically to improve the chemical resistance and life of the valve.
